Does One Or More Of These Symptoms Apply To You?

  • Cannot eat or sleep properly.
  • Constantly thinking of your ex.
  • Feeling sorry for yourself.
  • Crying or sobbing constantly.
  • Binge eating or increased alcohol consumption.
  • Lack of concentration at work.
  • Alienation from friends and family.
  • Withdrawn and always wanting to be home alone.
  • Calling your ex constantly while hiding your number and hanging up.
  • Always wondering if your ex is out having fun without you and maybe with someone new.
  • Acting sad with mutual friends in the hope that will tell your ex and he/she will feel sorry for you.
  • Spying on or stalking your ex.
  • Sending your ex repeated texts and emails.
  • Totally clueless on how to get your ex back.
If one or more of the above applies to you - don't worry - it's merely human reactions to the breakup and therefore quite normal. However, this is not the right way to act and to get your ex back and some of these actions will only end up driving your ex further away and is thus counter-productive.
